Tired of constantly shaving, tweezing or waxing? Laser hair removal is the most quick, effective, and pain-free solution to getting rid of unwanted hair! BeautiDoor Spa uses the Soprano XL, Soprano Ice, Soprano Ice Platinum from Alma Lasers. Alma Laser’s hair removal technology is of the highest quality equipment and is the worlds most advanced laser hair removal treatment available today!

Laser works when the hair pigment (melanin) absorbs the heat from the laser, which then damages the follicle and inhibits regrowth. Darker hair is easier to treat since the laser targets the hair’s pigment. This is why laser is unable to treat grey, white, blonde or red hair – electrolysis would be a better solution instead.

It takes a minimum of six treatments in to see long-lasting results, and treatments are spaced out a minimum of four weeks apart. Although you require several treatments for long-lasting results, you will see a difference with just one treatment. The reason for the monthly appointments is to ensure you are targeting all hair follicles in each stage of growth. Your medical aesthetician will go through a thorough consultation to ensure you are spacing out your treatments correctly according to several factors, such as health history.

Unlike some commonly used laser technologies in the market, the diode laser is an IN-Motion technology meaning its never on one spot for too long. It gradually heats up the hair follicles as its constantly moving over the treatment area. Most clients say that the treatment feels similar to a hot stone massage.
The great thing about the Soprano lasers is the ICE™ cooling technology, which cools the skin during the treatment. The ICE™ cold sapphire tip minimizes the risk of burns on the skin surface while maintaining heat within the dermis where hair follicles are treated. This increases patient comfort, making treatments more enjoyable than ever before.
